Wrexham Players Introduced to US TV Audience at UFC 286

It was a good Saturday for the Wrexham players.

After picking up a hard-fought 2-1 away win at Bromley to take them three points clear at the top of the National League after Notts County could only manage an equalizer at Barnet, the players were understandably buoyed.

With the Bromley field just eight miles from the O2 Arena in London, four members of the team (Paul Mullin, Ollie Palmer, Jordan Davies and Rory Watson) enjoyed a memorable night at UFC 286 at the O2 thanks to the Wrexham co-owner. Rob McElhenney.

“They had an earlier game today, beating Bromley 2-1 to extend their incredible run. They haven’t lost a game in over a month. They sit at the top of the National League standings and are also the stars of the original documentary series Welcome to Wrexham.
