Gemma Atkinson has revealed that she has been forced to remove her engagement ring. The BBC Strictly Come Dancing star referred to not wearing a wedding ring in her Instagram Story on Sunday.

Channel 4 Hollyoaks actress Gemma is currently pregnant with her and Gorka Marquez’s second child. The couple already share their daughter Mia.

Addressing not wearing a ring, Gemma said: “I had to take the ring off because it was too tight. Even my fingers are pregnant with this little one.” Gemma accompanied the post with a palming emoji and a laughing emoji.

Gemma said: “The clocks are ticking – more time outdoors, which is what we want. Gemma also shared a video of herself in the woods on Sunday, enjoying some quiet time alone with herself and Gorka’s pet dog, saying: “Nice until I realized I’m alone in the woods. In a pregnancy update on Saturday, Gemma shared: “I’m carrying a lot bigger this time. I feel like I’m pregnant from the neck down so things are harder for me right now. Things like putting on shoes, picking up poop from dog, sit comfortably I think (for me) doing small exercises and movements daily helps me with the pains I have from being sedentary.

“As I say, my sessions have dropped from 45 minutes to 20 minutes, but I still feel great after doing them. To be honest, more than the workouts I used to do, I’m actually missing the ice baths more!
