Katie Price slapped with complaints after breaking ‘promise’ to fans

Katie Price has modeled a £270 fox fur cardigan, after a petition demanded that she be banned from keeping animals due to “animal cruelty”. PETA has previously spoken out about ITV I’m A Celebrity star Katie’s pet ownership history.

Katie rocked an ankle-length coat with a furry hood, after previously apologizing and promising to only wear faux fur. Katie shared the “goodies” of hers on social media, writing: “Some goodies from Lanes, can’t wait! Here’s a sneak peek, check out all this.”

The Animal Welfare Party, Ireland’s “only official registered political party for animals,” shared a photo on Sunday of the former glamorous model wearing fur. A spokesperson for the group wrote: “FUR HAG, KATIE PRICE. What a hypocrite you are Katie Price! A self-confessed animal lover seen here at the Cheltenham Festival draped in real fur.”

He added: “So you love animals, Katie? It seems only if they are for your entertainment or for your abominable fashion sense! Shame, shame on you!” A representative for Katie denied that she was wearing real fur.

But the mother-of-five later told her Instagram followers that she was wearing a Furs by Natalia design. She endorsed the brand writing “@fursbynatalia always loves all her fur.”

It comes after he made a promise to fans after a fierce backlash last year. She said at the time: “I want to say a huge apology to everyone. Over the years I have accumulated a number of fur clothing that I now DO NOT WEAR. I have done my research and seen the cruelty involved in making these items. I have been so ignorant of the matter, but now I see that this is wrong.”
