A thug bragged that prison was ‘like a vacation’ after ‘dragging his ex-partner across the pavement by his hair’. Jordan Castrey began the attack on the woman while she was in her car with her son, a court heard.

Castrey demanded ‘his things and money’, before kicking his car, causing a dent. The woman then ran to Castrey’s friend’s BMW and sat in her passenger seat, before the defendant dragged her out of it, reports StokeonTrentLive.

He appeared in court after violently attacking two of his exes. Castrey pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.

Now the 26-year-old faces jail time and will learn his fate later this month. Su subjected two ex-partners to violent assaults that occurred nearly a year apart, the court heard.

He broke windows at his first ex’s home before pulling her hair and kicking her as his new girlfriend looked on, Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard. And about 11 months later, he assaulted her last girlfriend, who had dumped him over text, and threw her hair off the sidewalk.

Neil Ahuja, prosecutor, said the victim in the first series of crimes was previously in a relationship with Castrey. She got a call from him at 7:30pm on July 29, 2021 and he said, ‘Look at your windows, I broke one.’
