A new episode of Gogglebox hit screens tonight (March 24) as fans of the Channel 4 show settled in for the entertainment. Many viewers at home took to social media to express how much they enjoy the show, with some pointing to their favorite couple.

While most said they found everyone involved amusing, most identified the ‘absolutely brilliant’ and ‘effortless’ funny duo of Jenny Newby and Lee Riley as their favourite. One person said they only had to look at the couple to start laughing.

In tonight’s episode, Jenny and Lee, from Hull, were involved in several humorous moments. Jenny not only tried to lift Lee’s dumbbells, but she also showed her ‘grafter’ hands as she jokingly explained how hard she had worked in the past.

Lee said, “You’re a good con man.” Jenny replied, “I’m a graft, look at them hands! They’re fucking hard. Look at them, calluses!”

Lee chimed in: “Look at mine.” Jenny then sarcastically said, “Oh, look at yours! Smooth as hell. They’ve never done a hard day’s work in their lives!”

Gogglebox fans took to Twitter to express their affection for the couple. Some tagged them as their favorites on the show. @Rosie12_1994 said: “#Gogglebox my favorites Jenny and Lee love them.” @russelltruran agreed: “Oh Jenny and Lee are just awesome! #Gogglebox.”
