The real estate market is heavily influenced by the state of the economy, which means that house prices are constantly fluctuating. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home any time soon, it’s a good idea to keep track of how much homes are selling for in your local area.
According to Rightmove, house prices across the UK have risen in the last month, with the property portal reporting that average prices rose by £2,906 in March. Rightmove says that across all property types, the average price to come on the market was £365,357 last month.
Using the most recent data from the HM Land Register, we’ve listed the average house price in each area of Greater Manchester to show how much it costs to buy a home in each of the region’s 10 boroughs.
