Soho House owner Nick Jones was questioned about the opening by MEN last year when he spoke at the Northern Restaurant and Bar conference. Asked if he ever worried about diluting the brand by opening more locations, he added: “That is a question I ask myself. But what members love, when you ask them, are new houses.
“So as long as we put more effort into each house than the last, try to make it even better than before, then hopefully that won’t dilute anything.”
