Awarded the RIBA Georgian Group National Restoration Award, the property in Derby Terrace, Nottingham, has now been put up for sale at “offers over £1,000,000”. The five-bedroom, four-bathroom property spans about 3,773 square feet.

Listing agent FHP Living said, “Simply stunning – just two words that help sum up this remarkable townhome.” The agent added that it had been fully renovated to a high standard by the current owners and was “immaculately presented throughout”.
