The new Nottinghamshire cafe where breakfasts are already a hit

A new cafe has opened in Sherwood and is already proving to be a popular breakfast spot. The Staar Cafe in Sherwood at 499 Mansfield Road has replaced a former hairdresser’s.

With a simplistic interior, the cafe’s owner, Ali Jolear, who lives in Carlton, has spoken about how business has been doing since The Staar Cafe opened last month. With sweets, hot food, free Wi-Fi and a space in the garden, Jolear said business has been good.

Ali said: “Things have been good. We have a lot of people who come to have breakfast and a lot of people who come to have a coffee and use the free Wi-Fi”. This is not Ali’s only business.
