DM about Byers and Iorfa
I think it was a dead leg. She ran into the center, but we’ll see in the morning. Dom was kicked in the calf on Saturday. The bruises tightened so we wouldn’t risk it.
Sheffield Wednesday extended their league unbeaten run to 18 games after a routine 3-0 home win over Morecambe.
The Owls dominated the match, dominating the ball and taking the lead in the first minute through captain Barry Bannan’s strike.
Josh Windass doubled the lead midway through the first half, deflecting Michael Smith’s knockout blow, though replays hinted he might as well have been offside. Morecambe offered very little and as the game petered out Windass became on hand to score a late third for his 13th goal in all competitions.

Everyone has done their part. That’s why we sign them. Even the players you wouldn’t associate with defending are all coming to terms with winning a game defending.

I love clean sheets and am very pleased (at the record). We have to keep producing performances like that.

His auction was cult. She then saw the perfect inch for Marvin to get the assist. They’re three points from the back of two really tough games, so winning makes those two results (Ipswich and Plymouth) look even more special.

The second half was exhausted but it was all about the guys using the ball well.
We did very well.

It was three points and a professional performance. We got the early goal and the second just before the break.
It was all about staying focused. And then some brilliant FDB skill before Josh scored the third. I thought we were worthy winners.
